SPF but very badly installed, roofer did not correct ponding before application, and did not adequate exclude moisture during application resulting in massive bubbling. Unfortunately the only person present at the time was my mom, who was in no condition to monitor the process. (She died in 2009.) Now I'm not sure if we should track down that roofer and try to get them to fix it, or to get someone competent to do it. Did I just answer my own question?
